The “Workshop in computational analysis of ancient genome” was held on 15-17 November 2019 with the contribution of five instructors from our group. The participation was free of charge and the twenty attendees, from many cities around the country, had varying degrees and backgrounds. The workshop introduced basic approaches to ancient genome analysis; code and scripts that were used are still available on our GitHub page.
